Mexico City Mint, 1715 4 Reales āJā, Philip V. Spanish colonial reproduction treasure cob. A reproduction that looks so authentic, that those who have always wished to the rare key date 1715 Fleet treasure cob, can now own the next best thing. We are extremely proud to offer these, and we know you will love them. A lot of time and painstaking effort went into every single detail in their production. They are NOT cheap cast copies!
Each coin is produced exactly the same as the originals. Because of this process, each coin will vary in shape, size and appearance, so that no two of these are ever the same in shape, size or strike - meaning that your bullion coin will be unique to only you. Also note that because of this process, we ask that you please allow for slight variation in each piece. If you have wishes or demands, just add them to the notes in your order. IE "Rounder coin", "chunky coin", "off-set strike", "doubled-strike" etc.

"šøššš" means that the coin comes with the typical silver luster, where "š¬ššš" means we add a patina to the finished coin to give it a look of being old. "š¬š š¾ššššš" means that the blank planchet is placed upon the dies without any care given to where, or what will be embossed when struck. This is a good option for those wishing for a reproduction more true to the originals, as the originals where struck this way. "šÆšššš" means that the coin will show the 1715 date upon your coin. "8 š½ššššš š½šššššš", means that the coin will be struck using the 8 reales reverse, rather than the dedicated 4 reales reverse. We offer this, as the Spanish also did this and it is a cool look, as well it makes for a neat mixed denomination error.
"ššššš šøšššš" reproductions are struck in a lead free, "pewter". These are ideal for museum display, props, etc.
